Four inputs and we tell you what team your call volume needs today, what it costs, and what you would save by automating the repetitive part. It is an estimate, not a quote: it exists to tell you whether the conversation is worth having.

Estimated cost with Elop
—
Based on your monthly minutes. The final price depends on the flow.
We have kept your estimate. If you like, we can go through it against your real figures in half an hour.
An indicative estimate based on sector averages. Real cost depends on flow complexity, integrations and your own cost structure. We tune it to your figures on the first call.
No black box — these are the assumptions, and you can argue with them.
01
How many people it takes
We take two constraints and keep whichever binds harder: total minutes of workload, and how many calls you need answered simultaneously. A restaurant with modest volume but a brutal 14:00 peak is limited by the second, not the first.
02
What one person covers
Seven productive hours a day, five days, 4.3 weeks a month, at 80% to account for holidays, sick leave and breaks. That gives realistic capacity, not theoretical.
03
What that person costs
Full employer cost, not gross salary: social security, holiday, sick leave and cover included.
04
What it leaves out
We do not count revenue recovered from the calls you currently miss, or the appointments that go unfilled. In most cases that outweighs the staffing saving — but it depends too much on your business to estimate here.
