Pricing

We do not publish rates. We publish how they are calculated.

A three-tier table would look good on this page and contradict itself on the first call, because price depends on the flow, the volume and how open your system is. What we can give you up front is the full structure, what moves the figure, and the range projects like yours land in.

  • A firm range on the first call
  • No per-user or per-channel cost
  • No minimum company size

The structure

Three components, and only one grows with usage

We do not charge per user, per seat or per configured agent. Growing the team does not change what you pay.

  1. 01

    Rollout

One-off at the start: script design, flow configuration and the weeks of testing against real calls. It depends on how many flows go live, not on the size of your company.

  2. 02

    Integrations

One-off per connected system. A scheduling tool with a documented API is quick; an in-house or API-less system takes more work. We estimate it in the technical session, before you sign.

  3. 03

    Usage

A monthly fee based on minutes of conversation. It is the only component that moves with activity, and it is what the calculator estimates from your volume.

What moves the price

The four factors that change the figure

For a rough sense before talking to us, find where your case sits on each row.

CheaperMore expensive
Flow complexityConfirming, reminding, answering FAQsTriage with business rules, several systems per call
IntegrationSoftware with a documented API and sandboxIn-house system, no API or restricted access
VolumeHigh, steady volume: better per-minute priceLow or very irregular volume
ScopeOne flow, one language, one siteSeveral flows, languages and sites

Average call length matters as much as call count: a thousand two-minute calls cost less than five hundred six-minute ones.

What is included

What is not billed separately

So the comparison with other quotes is a clean one.

Script design and upkeep

Detail

We write it and adjust it when your operation changes. There is no consultancy hours pot for every tweak.

Unlimited users

Detail

Nobody on your team needs a licence. The agent works for the company, not per seat.

Simultaneous calls

Detail

We do not charge for concurrent channels. Answering a hundred calls at once costs no more than answering one.

24/7 cover

Detail

Nights, weekends and bank holidays carry no surcharge.

Support and reviews

Detail

Regular review of the agreed metric and support for the life of the contract.

Updates

Detail

System improvements arrive with no upgrade or migration cost.

The pilot

How to start without committing the year’s budget

Nearly every project starts the same way: one flow, measured, and the decision to continue made on data.

1

Flow to start

The process costing you the most time — usually appointment or booking confirmation.

3

Phases to production

Design, integration and testing against real calls before opening volume.

Measured

To decide on data

How long it needs to run for the metric to say something reliable is agreed up front.

Lock-in on the pilot

If it does not convince you at the end, there is nothing to cancel.

Questions about price

What people ask before requesting a quote.

Why do you not publish a price table?

Because it would be false. Two clinics with the same call count can end up with very different budgets depending on how open their scheduling software is and how many rules their diary carries. We would rather give you a firm range on the first call, when we know what we are talking about, than a tidy figure that does not survive contact.

How long until it pays for itself?

It depends on the starting point, but the sum is simple: compare the monthly fee with what your team’s phone time costs you today. The calculator does that with your numbers, and deliberately leaves out revenue recovered from the calls you currently miss — which in most cases outweighs the staffing saving.

Is there lock-in?

Not on the pilot. For the service contract we agree a term in writing, usually annual, with the exit conditions clear from the start.

What if one month brings much more volume?

Usage is billed on actual minutes. A seasonal peak is paid that month and does not force a plan upgrade or capacity bought in advance.

Does the price include telephony?

We settle that against your setup. We can work with your existing numbers and carrier, or provide them. The proposal itemises it so you know exactly what you are comparing.

Do you offer terms for multiple sites?

Yes. When the same flow is deployed across several sites the rollout is shared, and the per-minute price improves with the aggregate volume.

Request a proposal with your numbers

Half an hour to understand the process and the volume, and we send you the specific flow, the metric we will measure it by, and a firm price range. No commitment.
