Fewer missed calls
Elop answers every call simultaneously. No queue, no engaged tone, and no hour of the day when nobody picks up. Every call missed today is an appointment, a booking or a customer who does not try again.
We automate repetitive phone work
Elop answers the phone for you with voice agents that speak naturally, complete the task end to end and work around the clock. It works the same for a three-room clinic as for a chain: your team stops repeating the same thing a hundred times a day and gets back to work that matters.
Sant Jordi Clinic, good morning. How can I help?
Hi — I have an appointment on Thursday and I cannot make it.
No problem. I can see Thursday at 10:30 with Dr Puig. Shall I move it?
Yes. Do you have anything next week in the afternoon?
I have Tuesday at 17:00 or Wednesday at 18:15.
Tuesday works.
Done. Tuesday 17:00 with Dr Puig. I am sending the confirmation by text.
A simulation of a real call. No human involved.

The essentials
Elop answers every call simultaneously. No queue, no engaged tone, and no hour of the day when nobody picks up. Every call missed today is an appointment, a booking or a customer who does not try again.
Confirmations, changes, reminders and FAQs handle themselves. Your staff stop being interrupted every few minutes and get blocks of uninterrupted work back.
An immediate answer, at any hour, with the right information and in a tone that does not sound robotic. The caller gets it done in one call, without waiting.

Solutions

Our approach
We define what you want to achieve and how it is measured: cut no-shows, fill diary gaps, resolve level-1 incidents, stop losing bookings at peak times.
We write the script, decide what the agent can resolve and exactly where it escalates to a person. We connect your calendar, CRM or ITSM.
Elop answers inbound calls and places outbound ones at the cadence you set, in parallel and with no queue limit. It escalates only when needed.
The agent understands natural language, copes with interruptions and topic changes, and holds context across the whole conversation until the task is done.
Every call becomes data: goal met or not, sentiment, issues detected, next action. You see in real time whether the goal is being hit.
Why Elop
We do not report how many calls were answered. We report how many met the goal you set, in how many interactions, and at what cost.
The agent writes to your calendar, CRM or ticketing system. If the task is not recorded where your team works, we do not consider it resolved.
We agree with you where the agent must not push: a complaint, a clinical urgency, an upset customer. There the call goes to a person with the context already gathered.
We do not leave you with a flow editor and good luck. We design the script with you, tune it against real calls in the first weeks, and keep iterating afterwards.
Doubling call volume does not mean doubling the team. The system handles a hundred calls at once with the same quality as one.
The agent identifies itself as an automated assistant where that is the right thing to do. We are not trying to fool anyone: your customer’s trust is yours, not ours.
We are here to take calls off your plate and to show you that a phone line can outwork a lot of people: it never gets flustered, never hangs up and never asks for time off. If you are curious, leave your number.
Our commitment
Minimised data processing, a documented legal basis and a signed DPA with every customer. We keep only what the service needs.
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and an audit trail for every operation on personal data.
We do not clone real people’s voices without explicit consent, and we do not use voice to impersonate a specific human identity.
If the system fails, calls fall back to your existing number. Automating must never mean losing your phone line.
You can review what the agent does, on what instructions, and what it decided on each call. No black boxes.
Service levels are agreed in writing and reviewed with you on a regular basis.
What people always ask before starting.
You can tell it is an automated assistant, and that is deliberate — the agent identifies itself where appropriate. What you do not get is the usual friction of an answering machine or a touch-tone menu. The agent understands natural language, copes with interruptions, and completes the task in a single call.
A standard flow (appointment confirmations, reminders, bookings) goes through three phases: script design, connecting your system, and testing against real calls before opening full volume. How long depends on how open your software is, and we agree it with you before starting.
Elop connects to scheduling and appointment software, CRMs, ticketing systems (ITSM) and in-house databases, via API or webhook. If your system has no API we work with scheduled exports. We check this in the first technical session.
It escalates to a person on your team with the conversation context already gathered, or takes the details and schedules a callback — whichever we define with you. Getting that handover point right is part of the flow design, not an afterthought.
Only if you choose to, and with the prior notice to the caller that the law requires. We publish the call recording clause we apply, and the processing is covered by the DPA we sign with you.
Pricing depends on call volume, flow complexity and integrations. You can estimate the saving with our calculator before talking to us, and on the first call we give you a firm range for your case.
