Understands language, not commands
No menu, nothing to dial, no keywords to guess. The caller explains what they need the way they would to a person — with hesitations, corrections and half-finished sentences.
How it works
Everything at Elop starts with a simple question: what do you want to achieve? Confirm appointments, cut no-shows, resolve level-1 incidents, stop losing bookings at peak. From there we build the flow, put it into production and measure it. We do not hand you a platform to learn.

The process
We run the rollout. What we need from you is half an hour to understand the process, and a technical contact for the integrations.
We define what you want to achieve and how it is measured. Not "answer the phone better", but "cut no-shows from 18% to 10%" or "lose no bookings between 13:30 and 15:30".
We write the script with you: what the agent resolves, what information it needs, how it identifies itself, and the exact point where it stops pushing and hands the call to a person.
We connect your diary, CRM or ITSM by API or webhook. If your system exposes no API we work with scheduled imports and exports. We check this before you sign anything.
One or two weeks at limited volume with genuine calls. We listen, tune the script and fix what does not fit before opening the tap.
We open full volume and every call becomes data: goal met or not, in how many interactions, with what result. We review the metric with you on a regular cadence.
Inside the call
The four things that separate an agent that resolves from an answering machine with a better voice.
No menu, nothing to dial, no keywords to guess. The caller explains what they need the way they would to a person — with hesitations, corrections and half-finished sentences.
You can cut in mid-sentence, change subject and double back. The agent holds context across the whole conversation instead of restarting a decision tree.
The availability it offers is your diary at that moment, not a generic list. When it confirms something, it is already written into your system.
A complaint, a clinical urgency or a distressed caller are not cases to automate. The handover to a person is defined with you and executed with the context already gathered.
After hanging up
Anyone can build a voice that sounds good now. The hard part is the call ending with the appointment in the diary, the ticket open in the ITSM and the metric updated — without anyone on your team transcribing it by hand.
If the work is not recorded where your team works, we do not consider it resolved. That is the standard we measure against, and it is what keeps the project standing once the novelty wears off.

Rollout
The real objection is rarely price — it is how many of your people this will take. Exact timings are agreed with you in the first meeting, with your calendar in front of us.
Goal session
One meeting with whoever knows the process. We leave with the metric agreed.
Technical contact
Whoever administers your diary or CRM, to resolve access and integration.
Flow to start
Design, connection and testing against real calls before opening volume.
People configuring
There is no flow editor to learn. We maintain the script.
We are here to take calls off your plate and to show you that a phone line can outwork a lot of people: it never gets flustered, never hangs up and never asks for time off. If you are curious, leave your number.
The questions that always come up in the second meeting.
We do, with your review. You bring how you work and what can and cannot be said; we turn it into a flow and send it back for approval before a single call goes out. After that we keep tuning it against real calls.
We apply changes, usually the same day. That is deliberate: an open editor sounds like more control, but in practice it produces flows that degrade quietly until the metrics drop.
We work with scheduled imports and exports: the agent reads an updated file and leaves its actions in another that your system picks up. Less immediate than an API, but it covers most confirmation and reminder flows. We verify it in the technical session, before signing.
That is why the metric is agreed up front and why there is a limited-volume test phase. If production misses it, we tune the flow; if the problem is that the case never fitted, we will tell you rather than stretch it.
One person who knows the process, half an hour up front and a review every few weeks. For the integration, a technical contact for an hour or two. Nobody needs to be assigned to maintaining the system.
It is what we recommend. We pick the process costing you the most time — almost always appointment or booking confirmation — put it into production with agreed metrics, and decide the next step with real data on the table.
Tell us which call is costing you the most time. In half an hour we will know whether Elop fits — and if it does not, we will say so.
